Material: Machining of the gearbox To make a worm gearbox, first take a blank of an alloy. A bronze bearing is made in the center of the blank. The hobbing cutter is then used to reduce the diameter of the blank relative to the finished height of the tooth tip on the gear wheel, so the depth of the cut needs to be added to the blank’s diameter. The necessary threading tool is grind to cut the worm. The side clearance on the left-hand side of the cutter tip is allowed for the worm’s pitch angle. The best finish is put on the cutting tool using a slip stone. Gear blank is then mounted on a turntable that acts as a bearing support. This bearing support is mounted on the rear of the lathe cross-slide with the hobbing cutter mounted between the centers. The two worms are then machined, out of which one is made the cutter and finally the cutter is used to machine the worm gear. |

Single Step Worm Gear Reducer.
The reducer which model is 25~90 made of Aluminum alloy die-casting box,good lookThe PTO shaft is the mechanical device that transfer the power from the tractor to the agricultural implement. The PTO shaft is made of two joints connected by telescopic tubes: one joint connects the outer tube of the PTO shaft with the tractor power take-off , the other joint connects the inner tube of the PTO shaft with the implement. The range of the EPG GROUP PTO shafts includes 9 sizes of different dimensions according to the power to be transferred . The sizes of the EPG GROUP PTO shafts and the power that can be transferred at 540 rpm are : SIZE 1 up to 16HP SIZE 2 up to 21HP SIZE 3 up to 30 HP SIZE 4 up to 35HP SIZE 5 up to 47HP SIZE 6 up to 60HP SIZE 7 up to 70HP SIZE 8 up to 90HP SIZE10 up to 110HPing in appearance,compact in structure,rust proofing on surface and small volume to save mounting space.
The reducer model of 110~150 is made of cast iron which casted with Aluminum mould.It`s good looking and solid, and can be used through the setting of multi-azimuth.
Good radiating characterstic leads safe and reliability,and high efficiency for using.
The strong capacity of loading ensure stable transmission,make less vibration and noise.
